Indulge your senses in our BLISS Beach Yoga. A special class designed to help facilitate healing. Spiritual healing. Physical healing. Mental healing. Flowing through the yoga poses, breathing in the Ocean breeze, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the djembe drum. Students are guided to a place of releasing and letting go. Each month the BLISS Beach Yoga class offers a special healing modality for students to enjoy. Come and experience BLISS.
